RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


  1. Products that have been purchased with defects or for which customers wish to exchange for a different size or color are permitted, subject to stock availability.
  2. The products must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and must be returned within one day of the customer receiving the package. Additionally, customers are required to send a notification via email/Whatsapp/DM, including the original packaging.
  3. We always provide the best products with very high quality for you. However, please note that certain defects such as loose fabric, sizes, and colors that may slightly differ from those shown are common in handmade products made from gauze, which inherently has its own characteristics that we cannot control. Nevertheless, if you encounter defects such as:
  • Loose buttons
  • Loose stitches
  • Tears
  • Color defects
  • Mold

You are more than welcome to exchange the item.


Please notify us if you have a video of unboxing the package, as we cannot accept any claims of damaged or missing items without proof. We will then send the product to you at no additional cost. Your products will be exchanged within 2-5 business days.

  1. If you encounter any issues with your products, such as damage upon delivery, defects, sizing, or any other concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. You can contact us via email/Whatsapp/DM. Please remember to attach photos or videos to help us understand the issue.
  2. Please note that customers will not be charged the entire shipping fee if there are defects that are our fault. However, you will be charged the entire delivery fee if you wish to change the size, model, or color of the item.
